Justice

Without Permission is committed to ongoing development and supporting collaborative relationships with law enforcement, the judicial system, social service agencies, juvenile hall, and other partners who serve high-risk populations targeted by traffickers. These partnerships will produce the victories our survivors seek from the criminal justice system.

Without Permission delivers education to both boys and girls in custody by presenting the facts and dynamics of sex trafficking. While the instruction is preventative in nature, it has also enabled them to recognize their exploitation and trauma, to self identify and ask for help while in a safe place.

In collaboration with the Stanislaus District Attorney’s office, Without Permission is pleased to announce a new Jail Diversion Program serving women arrested for prostitution-related charges. This program offers an alternative option to their traditional sentencing where they will receive the help and tools they need to leave the life of sex trafficking for good.
