Justice Navigator
We are searching for a Navigator in the Justice Department to work directly with survivors of sex trafficking participating in the jail diversion program. The Navigator will facilitate clients through group activities, ending the game curriculum, seeking safety curriculum, and six cornerstones to reach their goals. The Navigator works within a team of Staff and Volunteer Navigators, meets with clients throughout Stanislaus County as well as local task forces, the district attorney’s office and other networking meetings. This position reports to the Justice Director.
Residential Navigator
We are looking for a Residential Navigator to support the Restoration department of Without Permission and to support women in our residential program move towards independence by setting and achieving cornerstone goals. Tasks include but are not limited to: direct client services, client transportation, program support, teaching base life-skills to residents, maintaining a healthy residential environment, and more. This position will report to the Residential Coordinator.
Volunteer: Residential Navigator (Night Shift)
We are looking for a dedicated and motivated volunteer Residential Navigator to work within the Restoration department of Without Permission to support women in our residential program as they move towards independence. This position has potential flexibilities for the right candidate. We are seeking a volunteer to live in our residential housing for a minimum of a 1-year commitment. On-duty responsibilities involve overnight direct client services and supervision (likely in 10-12 hour shifts). Tasks include but are not limited to: availability to support survivors throughout the night shift with life-skills routines, emotional care and support, occasional client transportation, program support, maintaining a healthy residential environment, and more. This position will report to the Residential Coordinator.
