Dignity Health: Hospital Staff HT Response Protocol
Anitra Williams, DNP, RN, PHN, CCRN, HACP
Dr. Anitra Williams RN is the Director of Nursing Operations at St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Stockton, CA. Anitra was instrumental in staff education and the implementation of the Dignity Health Human Trafficking Response Protocol at St. Joseph’s Medical Center.
The Collaborative is a program addressing human trafficking that includes identification, assessment, documentation, treatment, and therapeutic intervention through partnership between law enforcement, healthcare, and child welfare.

StreetLightUSA, a 34-bed HT program, provides timely, accessible crisis intervention, stabilization and housing for young girls at risk for or victims of child sex trafficking.

Dr. Salomon’s clinical background is in assessment and treatment of trauma and its emotional, physical, and cognitive impact. Her experience includes integrative program development, implementation, and management with Streetlight USA.
