Since 2010, Without Permission has become a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that works in the battle to end sex trafficking through Prevention, Justice, and Restoration. Beginning as a 2 person organization and now 50+ strong, WP has developed roles for staff and volunteer to serve city and survivor. Through partnerships and task force relationships in local counties, WP has created a local response to the evil of sex trafficking. In September of 2015 Just His House began the journey of survivor restoration as our day center for navigation and restoration. The continued mobilization of the faith community, thousands of citizens and market place leadership drives the hope of ending the culture of human trafficking in the Central Valley.

It is the purpose of Without Permission to create, fund, and serve a local Central Valley response to sex trafficking. Our Cities, Our People!
There must always be a balance between serving within the organization and supporting one’s own family. Family is always first.
Above all else, Jesus is the reason for the work that we do. Being whole in body, soul and spirit allows our team to effectively lead and serve.
We desire to have longevity to the mission that we so passionately give our lives to. Only through excellence, will there be years of service to our cities.
Debbie Johnson is the Chief Executive Officer of Without Permission, Inc., a faith based non-profit organization. Along with her husband of 30 years, she has lived in the Central Valley and raised three children. She is a licensed minister of the Assemblies of God and served on the church staff of The House Modesto for seven years. Debbie has collaborated with people in key leadership positions that share her commitment to serve first responders of law enforcement, social services, educators, and medical staff. She has become a powerful force of justice. God has used her to spearhead the discussion to end the culture of human trafficking in the Central Valley. Her team has served hundreds of victims of sex trafficking. Through WP, Debbie has impacted hundreds of law enforcement officers and tens of thousands of community members through awareness training.
